    Don’t sell yourself short, those are porterhouses not t-bones. They don’t look that good though

    Those are definitely porterhouse steaks the filet would be smaller if they were t-bone

    Pretty sure this is value beef. Maybe a tier right below value because damn it looks bad but i hope you enjoyed it tho. I had a value t bone steak one time and i never bought any again. Worst tasting and tough steak

    First off, don’t be disencouraged to continue posting.

    Stuff it, roll it, sear it and cook it long and slow as a stew with some mushrooms, potatoes, carrots, onions and celery. It looks like it got butterflied almost. No worries, it is still salvageable.

    Worst case scenario, Bread it and make a riff on a chicken parmigiano style sandwich out of it.
