No it's not traditional, but if you are a sushi lover you'd be hard pressed to find a more unique omakase experience. I've gone 3 years in a row now and it really is art. This year Take has done a great job putting the courses together and as always the sake pairing is lovely. I'm going again tomorrow night with a friend and saw there are still seats left. Fill up those seatings because they deserve it!
