Who has the best fried cheese in town, like big, chunky stringy goodness??

I’m craving fried cheese. Not your average chain store stuff or cheese curds. I’m talking big chunks of gooey, melted goodness with a great crispy batter. Plus if they have an awesome ranch and marinara to dip it in. The best example I can think of is Spanky’s from Lubbock.
