


Tried shrimp tacos for the first time ever. Amazingly tasty.
- Grey shrimps (marinated for a few hours in lemon juice, a bit of olive oil, garlic and pepper)
- Mediterranean style salad with tomatoes, cucumber, lemon and parsley
- Homemade sauce with a mix of low fat mayonnaise, parsley and paprika
- Slightly toasted tacos

I wouldn’t marinate shrimp in lemon juice for hours – it “cooks” the shrimp and affects the texture – but otherwise looks great!
