Hi all —
I’m an ice cream nerd and small batch ice cream maker in Hoboken (using our own sweet ccream base for those true aficionados).
Anyhow, we just put our first pint drop in NYC via BakedByMelissa. It’s two flavors in one:
a. 55% Dark Chocolate w/ fluff folded in
b. Strawberry gelato for contrast
C. A strawberry and chocolate cupcake at the top and bottom (screwball style)
I’d love for your candid feedback and happy to work with anyone on building out a new flavor that they feel the city still doesn’t get right yet anywhere! Happy to reimburse if someone didn’t enjoy this one. The full making of vid is available as well as recipe.
