Did you enjoy it? Did you do the wine paring? I can’t decide whether to do it or not

I went in 2019 and found the dishes served cold (obviously deliberately) which was unexpected and unpleasant for my tastes

I was just there a few days ago. I got on the waitlist 10 months ago. I was getting worried when I got to Barcelona a week ago and I hadn’t gotten any calls yet, but then they called me at 3:30pm offering a spot for 7:15pm that night. I was so happy, and I still am, definitely the best meal of my life, though I haven’t had many fine dining or Michelin experiences before.

I’ve really been wanting to get both volumes of their cookbook but pretty hard to find for any semi-reasonable price.

Looks like pretty much the same menu we had on 2023 (che classics), we found the meal entertaining but the complexity and flavor profiles weren’t there for us. There were 2-3 courses we did enjoy, the pesto, the egg (shrimp) and the “carbonara”.

Did they contact you about 8 days before to confirm the menu? Is there still two options? Classics and festival or something?
Did you do the wine pairing, and if so, do you recommend it?
