One of my favorite combinations!

2 lbs ground beef (I used 80/20)
1 lb green beans (I used fresh, cut in 1-1.5 inch pieces)
1/2 lb mushrooms (sliced 1/4 inch)

  1. Brown ground beef
  2. Add green beans and mushrooms
  3. Season to taste (I used salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and a pinch of red pepper flakes)

Makes 4 servings at about 2g carbs each

Goes well over mashed cauliflower or shiritaki noodles
