4 spring roll papers are only 120cal. I paired it with shrimp, carrot, cucumber and spinach and grilled them. First time and I'm pleasantly surprised. Dipped in some teriyaki sauce with sesame seeds. Need to make a homemade sesame sauce.

Summer rolls with Boar’s Head teriyaki chicken, cucumbers, carrots, avocado. 🤤
Made them to pack in my lunch for work.
Yes! Love rice paper wraps and spring rolls. Was looking for other uses and this one was a weekend breakfast win for me.you can use whatever filling you want, really.

Add some basil or mint to them! I like making a peanut dipping sauce with low calorie peanut butter powder and soy sauce.
All the time! Summer rolls are so easy. I grew up eating Vietnamese food so my favourite is stuffing them with Vietnamese crepes or BBQ pork along with a ton of veggies. And you need a side of Vietnamese dipping sauce to complete the meal. You can also deep fry them (if this wasn’t a low cal sub) to make spring rolls, or use them in place of other rice based dishes. I fry them with an egg to make “pizza”. I saw a video of someone cutting them into strips to make noodles and wrapping them with shrimp to make dim sum.
