आटा और गुड़ केक (atta aur gud cake recipe in Hindi)

1 1/2 कप आटा
1/2 कप गुड़
1/4 कप रिफाइंड तेल
1 छोटा चम्मच वनीला एसेंस
1 कप दूध
1 छोटा चम्मच बेकिंग पाउडर
1/2 छोटा चम्मच सोडा
1-2 चुटकी नमक
आवश्यकतानुसार कटे हुए ड्राई फ्रूट्स
1/2 कप दही

Whole Wheat Jaggery Cake – Atta Gud Ka Cake
Ingredients:
• 1 cup or 125 grams Wheat flour
• 1/2 cup or 100 grams Jaggery/gur (grated)
• 3 tbsp Curd
• 3 tbsp Olive oil
• 1/2 tsp baking soda
• Dry fruits, chopped (almonds, cashew, raisins)

Method:
1. Put jaggery and curd in a bowl and mix it well with the help of wired whisk till jaggery gets dissolve.
2. Make sure there should not be any lumps.
3. Now add wheat flour, olive oil, baking soda in the bowl of jaggery curd mixture and mix it well till no lumps. Add water as required to make medium thick batter.
4. Lastly add chopped dry fruits and mix it well.
5. Take square shaped aluminium tin and grease it with oil.
6. Spread the batter inside the greased tin and tab to spread it evenly all around.
7. Spread some chopped dry fruits on top and bake the cake at 180 degree for 35-40 minutes in pre-heated oven.
8. After 35 minutes take out the cake tin from the oven and let the cake cool down for few minutes.
9. Scratch the sides and invert the cake onto plate.
10. Cut into slices and serve.
