Look, I'm not gonna lie and say that Pok-e-Jos is on the same level as Franklin or any other top tier BBQ place in Austin. Sometimes, you want BBQ and don't want to fight for parking or wait in line. Their sides are great–fries are freshly fried (okra too). The mac and cheese is cheesy. Sometimes the brisket isn't the best but it's good enough. Their ribs are soft and consistent. This plate is $19.50.
