Hey guys! I manage a small coffee shop in a local library. I'm employed by the library and the library owns the coffee shop. I am the manager and only employee for the coffee shop. It's come a long way for being open almost 1 year. With that being said, I developed all drink recipes and work with food suppliers for ordering inventory. Now that summer is here, we need Frozen Coffees. It's hot in South Louisiana 😂.
I just purchased at Vitamix Drink Machine Advance to expand into Frozen Coffee and Lemonade and smoothies later on in the year if there is a demand for it. But I'm struggling to come up with a recipe for it. We have the bare minimum with being in a library with limited space. The only coffee I offer is Brewed Coffee and a Cold Brew Concentrate. We don't have an espresso machine.
I tried just blending my Iced White Mocha recipe with more ice but it tasted very watery/icey and didnt taste the coffee.
My recipe for a 16oz iced drink is 9oz Brewed Coffee, 3 oz of Milk, 1oz of Monin Syrup and 1.5oz of White Chocolate, Caramel or Chocolate Sauce.
I also tried blending without milk and the coffee flavor was able to come through more.
But any advice or suggestions yall have??
