I ate a lot of fresh sardines growing up. Now living in a northern country, miss them so much. Enjoy, op!

I love fresh sardines. Much better than canned. I just have problem finding them (gutted), because I am too lazy to do so.

I’ve had plenty of grilled sardines in my time, but them bones ain’t for eating. Not softened like cooked and then pressure-cooked canned sardines. Stay safe out there, diners.
