3 tbsp sweetened condensed milk.

Cook over low heat until thickened, stirring occasionally. Cover with cling film and place in the refrigerator. Allow to cool slightly. 1 bag of gelatin ( use the instructions on the package). 7 oz/200 g ricotta cheese. 3 tbsp sweetened condensed milk. 1 tsp vanilla sugar. Beat until smooth. Add the swollen gelatin to the slightly cooled cherry syrup. Leave in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours. Spread the cherries over the stabilized cheesecake. Release the cheesecake from the mold.
