Mediterranean Cucumber Salad

Ingredients:
* 2 large cucumbers, cubed
* 1 cup sliced red onion
* 1 cup sliced Kalamata olives
* ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
* 1 (15-ounce) can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
* ¼ cup olive oil
* 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
* 1 clove garlic, minced
* 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
* 1 teaspoon salt
* 1 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
* In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
* Add cubed cucumbers, sliced red onion, sliced olives, crumbled feta cheese, and chickpeas to the bowl.
* Toss gently to coat all ingredients with the dressing.
* Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
