Recognizing fully that most (real) Italian food is not incredibly spicy, if you like your pasta that way, this stuff is amazing. These peppers are some of the hottest I've ever found. A tablespoon in a sauce in place of red pepper flakes ups the heat tremendously. Commended to you if you like it hot. 🔥

    Calabrese is the region of Italy with the hottest food (as far as I am aware) and this is a nice condiment from there, perhaps one of the hottest you can get in Italian cooking.

    When I make Mexican food I use seranno peppers, when I make Thai I use bird chilies, and when I make Ghanaian food I use scotch bonnet.

    I appreciate every region has its own flavor. Because my family comes from Italy I cook mainly Italian food. We are here to discuss Italian food & Italian cooking.
