This one was ok, not my favorite. I think somewhere I might’ve maybe added too much salt? Not sure but there was a lot of very sodium forward flavors. I kinda wish it had more zucchini and less sausage to balance out the saltiness of it and just add more veg to the dish. You probably could make this recipe with skipping a few times where it mentions to salt it but again I’m not sure how that would impact the end result

Their recipes usually use a lot of salt and pepper. I usually skip their salt instruction
We have this one in the fridge to make. It was sent in error. 🙄We didn’t like it the first time around, at all.
I made this one last week. It calls for way too much pasta water! If you don’t use nearly as much pasta water as it calls for, I think the texture gets right more quickly and it’s not oversalted.
I made it yesterday and overall it was fine. It didn’t have a lot of flavor though.
The Italian seasoning was a bit too much cause I pan fried the zucchini and then removed it from the pan and cooked the other stuff, without wiping out the pan.
I didn’t have any excess salt taste though.
Pretty much all their pasta meals has you using the pasta water. I use table salt in those scenarios and kosher or sea salt in the reset of the scenarios.

This is one of my faves!
I subbed out half the pasta water for wine. It turned out great. Also you can always add salt to the end but can’t take it away.
