2. Ingredients
• ½ cup mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, or a 50/50 mix
• 1 tbsp paprika (hot, smoked, or sweet — your call)
• 1 tbsp fresh lemon or lime juice
• 1 tsp honey
• ½ tsp salt
• ¼ tsp black pepper

3. Method
1. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayo or yogurt (or both) with paprika, citrus juice, honey, salt, and pepper.
