  2. If you’re trying to drop some pounds, you’re much better off focusing on eating complex carbs and proteins to give you energy and keep you full over longer periods. Cutting carbs from your diet isn’t a good idea unless you’re epileptic.

    For most people the healthiest thing you can do for your body and the best way to lose weight is to eat meat, grains, fruits, and vegetables daily. Just keep your calorie intake below ~2000 and above 1200
