Upon opening, the wine was bright, dominated by a vibrant acidity. While a subtle wet stone minerality was present, the initial impression leaned towards the tart fruit.

Over the course of two hours, the wine began to unfurl. In the second hour, the tartness softened, allowing delicate notes to emerge, alongside an appealing minerality.

This off-dry Kabinett offered a beautifully integrated sweetness that never overwhelmed. With an approachable 8.5% ABV, it proved to be an excellent complement to our coconut curry.
