This isn't 100% scaled and not everything is included (like fridges/things underneath the counter) but really just wanted to focus on asking what an ideal bar setup is like for a 1-2 person bar set up. Some things I want to point out:

– The counter person would take orders, and they are in charge of serving drip/iced coffee, so the dispensers are right next to them, along with easy access to cups and ice.

– While it might seem intuitive to have grinders on the left, I assume most baristas are right handed and it makes more sense (especially when there's one person on bar) to dose/tamp/knock on the right since if it was on the left they'd have to take extra steps.

So my questions:

– I added the rinser in front of the machine because I've seen many new cafes install it there, thinking it'd be a good use of the space in front of the machine. Is there something better? Like a rack to hold milks?

– Does anyone have any other inputs/ photos of their bar setup? It'd be much easier for me to visualize these things so I can see what makes stations efficient for the team.

Thank you!
