Key Takeaways
Olive Garden is releasing three all-new products that are perfect for summer. The new merch is inspired by the restaurant’s fan-loved pastas and iconic starters.
Summer is officially upon us—even though it feels like we’ve been eating s’mores-flavored desserts and fruit-forward menu items for months now. So, with the calendar finally matching the vibe, it’s time to get the pool party started.
Olive Garden is dropping a new line of summer products—and you won’t have to go to the local Italian restaurant to find them. Instead, Olive Garden’s latest summer launch is meant to encourage you to stay home, relax, and soak up the sun with friends and family.
This summer, Olive Garden is reframing the pool noodle with a new line of noodle-inspired pool floats.
Olive Garden Launches New Pool Noodle Floats
Lounging on your favorite foods by the pool is all the rage this summer. From Cheez-It and Pop-Tarts floaties to Aldi’s Stick of Butter Noodle and Garden Veggie Straw’s shaped noodles, your pool can look just like your pantry this year. Now, the OG is getting in on the fun with its three new floats shaped like some of its best-selling pasta dishes.
Olive Garden
The restaurant is releasing Floatin’ Fettuccine, Takin’ It Easy Tortelloni, and Relaxin’ Rigatoni pool floats inspired by noodles. The Floatin’ Fettuccine lounger, inspired by Olive Garden’s Fettuccine Alfredo, is a classic float to lie on. The Takin’ It Easy Tortelloni option, a take on its Tortelloni Alfredo, lets you sit on top of or lounge inside of the float. Lastly, the Relaxin’ Rigatoni float, based on the shape found on Olive Garden’s signature Create Your Own Pasta menu, is the ultimate lounging hideaway as you can lie through it.
And, because a trip to Olive Garden isn’t complete without never-ending soup or salad and breadsticks, each pool float comes with a free “first course,” too. To go with your floatie, you’ll get your choice of a Breadsticks Bucket Hat, Soup-er Summer Vibes Tote Bag, or Lettuce Chill Floating Drink Holder.
Olive Garden’s pasta pool floats will go on sale on its website beginning June 30 at 2 p.m. EST. However, eClub members (Olive Garden’s free rewards program), will get exclusive early access to the summer essentials beginning June 26 at 10 a.m. EST.
If you aren’t an eClub member, you can still sign up now to have first dibs on a limited number of fettuccine, tortelloni, and rigatoni floats.
Olive Garden is selling its new floats for $40, which includes your “first course” choice, as well as shipping costs, while supplies last.
Suddenly, our food-themed pool floatie collection is growing as big as our food-shaped candle collection—but we foodies aren’t complaining.
