I’m so confused it says shoulder London broil and in Spanish “falda de res” means skirt steak

    Looks an awful lot like London broil to me, and very well marbled too. I don’t know why they added the Spanish in there calling it a different name

    Sirloin cut known as London Broil. Cook it like any other sirloin. I often cut it into cubes for kebobs. Works great.
