The first banana peppers I picked was definitely not ripe. I've left this on a bit longer but still not sure if I should pick or leave on the plant a bit longer? Thanks in advanceA

Give it a few more days if the last one wasn’t quite ready.

I order my Banana and Hungarian peppers just ever-so-slugjtly tinted orange.
Generally the more it changes to its ripe ed color, the sweeter it is.

Not quite yet, but looking close! I tried one of mine about that color and was disappointed.

I would leave it on a bit longer.

I agree with not quite yet. I’ve never grown this kind but my jalapeños always tell me when they’re ready. I will lightly pull on them and if they don’t budge, I don’t pull them.
