Served with a salad of steamed snow peas, baby greens, mandarins, bean sprouts, and black sesame seeds in a sesame-ginger dressing with rice. I poured some of the cooking liquid over it for flavor.
Served with a Mai Thai and Thai iced tea (and water)

– 5 boneless skinless chicken thighs
– 5 tbsp soy sauce
– 1 tbsp sesame oil
– 1 tbsp black vinegar
– 2 tbsp honey
– pinch of brown sugar
– 5 garlic cloves minced
