First time making a tori paitan from scratch. I was wondering when the broth was going to turn white after 7 hours of quite a rolling boil, but it really only happens when you blend it. The soup and tare recipes are from ramen lord's book and for the noodles it was actually a recipe I prompted out of chatgpt 😅
