I know there’s instructions on the packet but I’d love to hear what people make!

My favorite was pot roast, you make all the veg (brown onions carrots celery potatoes) add broth and wine and herbs, cook for a while. On the side get a pan very hot, brown the JM in evoo on both sides. Then cut up and put on top of the pot roast veggies. I serve over dairy free Boursin/vegan butter/vegan cream mashed potatoes

My favorite way so far is to rub vegan Worcestershire sauce on the top and bottom and then coat all sides with Spice House brand Back of the Yards Garlic Pepper Butcher’s Rub. Let it sit for at least half of an hour. Heat a cast iron skillet until hot, then add a mix of vegan butter and a high temp oil and add the filet. Brown on ALL sides until the filet develops a nice crust, basting with the butter/oil mixture to help pull the seasoning flavor all the way through.

Slice into steaks and sprinkle with garlic salt and sear. Or make a “short rib” white lasagna.
