I steam the brussel sprouts in the bag for 4:30 in the microwave. Then air fry with a shake of msg and some seasoning from Costco.
The salmon burger is just pan fried.
I use a few sprays of oil to make sure things don’t stick.
Pictured with some bonus carrots and sugar free bbq sauce. Seriously such an easy and tasty meal!
Also, brussel sprouts have a surprising amount of protein! 12 grams for the bag!
