I live in Singapore and subscribe to this sub—about 30% has come from here with all the rest Malaysia and Bangkok lol. I guess people need to branch out to Vietnam, Cambodia and Indonesia. And I’m sure there’s amazing street food in Chile I don’t know about. But I’m not complaining if I learn about some new black carrot cake place!

What differences are there in satay? Is it a marinade? Type of fuel? I don’t understand what would make grilled meat so different or better.
