    I live in Singapore and subscribe to this subโ€”about 30% has come from here with all the rest Malaysia and Bangkok lol. I guess people need to branch out to Vietnam, Cambodia and Indonesia. And Iโ€™m sure thereโ€™s amazing street food in Chile I donโ€™t know about.
    But Iโ€™m not complaining if I learn about some new black carrot cake place!

    I like asking dumb questions.

    What differences are there in satay? Is it a marinade? Type of fuel? I don’t understand what would make grilled meat so different or better.
