I’m back with another post, i got my weber kettle and did the thing. I most definitely overcooked the burgers but i was afraid of them being raw and also was frantic half the time thinking my coals were going out. I also didn’t do an indirect heat zone due to dumping the coals in and being freaked out by that too lol. It also took me 20 minutes to light the fire for my chimney starter. Overall the food was great but i think next time will be better.

Definitely over cooked everything at first on my kettle, any one here use a tip top temp for indirect heating/smoking?

Get some lump charcoal for foods that take less than like 2 hours
