حبة بصل
3 _ 5 حبات صغيرة من الثوم حسب الحجم
حبة فلفل أخضر حار (حسب الرغبة)
نصف كوب بقدونس مفروم (حوالي 25 غم)
ثلث كوب كزبرة خضراء مفرومة (حوالي 15 غم)
ملعقة كبيرة كزبرة جافة
ملعقة صغيرة كمون
ملعقة كبيرة ملح (حسب التذوق)
ملعقة صغيرة كربونات
نصف كوب من الماء ( اقل او أكثر حسب القوام بالفيديو )

** ملاحظات مهمه **
__ استخدم الحمص الجاف اغسله جيدا واتركه في الماء مدة لا تقل عن 12 ساعه ومن الافضل تركه لغاية 24 ساعه في الثلاجة
__ قم بتغيير الماء عدة مرات للتخلص من المواد التي تسبب تلبك المعدة والقولون

للحصول على لون ذهبي جميل للفلافل
__ تجنب اضافة الكثير من البصل والثوم
__ تجنب اضافة الكثير من الكربونات ( التزم بالمقادير المكتوبة )
__ تجنب قلي الفلافل في زيت مرتفع الحرارة ( يجب ان لا ترتفع درجة حرارة الزيت عن المتوسط )
