Roasted Salsa

  1. Garlic might have gotten a bit overdone. I’d have pulled it when it was roasted, not charred. A bit of charring o the juicier veggies is fine but garlic is dry and oily enough to burn, and it can get bitter.

    That looks like a jalapeno or was it a serrano – were you happy with the heat at 2 tomatoes/one chili?

    i know that had to be bitter. take the garlic out early next time and double the amount of peppers!
