    I’d eat the cheeks and fins, but aside from that, I wouldn’t go any further. That’s just been my upbringing, tho. I can’t see much more edible meat on it other than maybe a little around collar, eyes, and brain.

    I know some people who love the eyeballs, I just use the eyeballs for fishing bait. Sometimes, the entire head depending on what we are targeting.

    The cheek is the most tender part! Lived in Guam for a long time, fresh fish was superb! Ate the whole fish. In America, to cut off the head and throw it away is a waste I do not do!
