    “French Blend” – my take on the classic French country bread based on the Poilane miche: 70/20/10 white wheat/spelt/rye

    Rouge de Bordeaux miche

    Vollkornbrot – German style rye made from 100% rye with whole rye berries inside and topped with pumpkin, sunflower, and flax seeds
