I have always loved 3 pixels. It is bright and refreshing and gives notes of 8bit.

2005 was an outstanding year in Bordeaux, should’ve been nice wine!

Looks like Figeac, one of my favorites.

More focus in the picture gives me :
Domaine Henri Boillot, Meursault 2022
Château-Figeac, Saint-Émilion 2005 Premier Grand Cru Classé
Taittinger, Comtes de Champagne, Blanc de Blancs Brut 2012

Classic wines, notthing wild, nothing too boring.

Wines are fine, nothing mind boggling but nothing pedantic either.

I would like the Boillot to have a bit more age on it but otherwise I would be very happy to drink those wines.

The Comtes de Champagne is the ultimate safe choice, the Meursault is too young, the Figeac is perfect. Generally very safe.
I am a bit disturbed by the lack of dessert wine, though the mix of flavours in that tart (especially if I’m right that it’s rather sweet) would be hard to work with.

I sure hope none of the Americans eat the dessert because our good ol’ FDA has made it illegal to sell tonka beans as food, lest they risk getting cancer from these inferior (/s) European foods.

No Mcdonald’s?

Agree with earlier comments that the Mersault is waaay too young. 2005 Figeac is delicious but needs another 5 yrs IMHO. The Tatty is the safe option.

’22 Meursault?! Did they have decanters at every table?! Damn, scoring Burgundy with some age on it these days is almost impossible unless you are getting it from a friend’s cellar or at auction, eh? People are going HAM on pre-arrivals and straight up hoarding wine!

Chateau Figeac is beautiful. Comtes de Champagne is nice, although last I had was the 2008, no idea about the 2012. Never had Boillot Meursault. Personally not a fan of the pairings though, but that’s just me
