hello everyone hi this is WELTHA hi you guys
hi you guys okay so thanks for coming to um to my channel thank you okay and today
you guys I’m going to make a chicken Alfredo lasagna yes it’s going to be a chicken Alfredo
lasagna you guys so come on come cook with me and I like to say that um I know it’s been a while
since I made a full video showing myself my full body i know I’ve been making a lot of faceless
videos you guys because I’ve been very busy with two jobs it’s kind of hard and this YouTube is
my third job so it’s kind of hard but I’m making sure that I put out at least two videos a week
so that is a constant thing i never forget to um put out at least two videos a week so look
forward to that still it’s not going to change okay but you will see faceless videos and
you will see me doing my full videos like today also okay so just whenever I have the
time to um film this way I will do it this way okay but I’m glad to see you guys hi all
right you guys so let’s get busy and today is going to be a delicious delicious chicken
Alfredo lasagna so come on come cook with me and I’ll show you all the ingredients
that we’re going to use right now okay okay guys so all the ingredients that
we’re going to need are right here whoops and just make sure I got everything okay okay
so let me give you a closer look okay hold on okay guys so need a spoon for this chicken
causeI don’t have my gloves so hold on okay guys so let me show you a closer look at all
of the ingredients okay all right come on okay so first you guys we’re going to need cheese
okay so I have the cheese that I’m going to use is the mozzarella cheese and I’m going to use
some Parmesan cheese shredded cheese okay it’s all shredded and then for the topping I’m
just going to put a little bit of sharp um cheddar on top just for a little bit of color
okay then I’m going to use the these are the lasagna shells that I’m using okay all right and
then you guys you’re going to need some garlic i’m using I love garlic so I crushed up some fresh
garlic look at that i put it in my uh Neutral Bullet and I crushed it up okay and then you’re
going to need some spinach you guys i have a bowl of spinach that I chopped up this is actually
a whole bag but once you wet it and you chop it up it’s it turned to that okay and then I’m going
to need some ricotta cheese okay i’m going to use that and then this is my white pepper okay i have
white pepper and then you’re going to need some heavy cream that’s my heavy cream and then need
a little pinch of salt and I’m going to use these um herbs just a mixture of different herbs in
here and then um going to use some garlic powder and some onion powder for the chicken okay and
then we’re also going to use some paprika okay and then I have my chicken breast you guys
that I have chopped up into little pieces okay so these are all the ingredients that I’m
going to need for this recipe so I have the chicken there’s the others that I just named
okay we’re using all of this for this chicken Alfredo lasagna chicken Alfredo lasagna okay
all right now let me see what I can fit on my spinner to spin it just one minute okay guys
and these are all the ingredients that we’re going to use plus the chicken m the chicken
is not here cuz it won’t fit but you guys I have to do my spinner okay okay all right
let’s get started all right let’s get started okay okay so we’re going to move this to the side
all right and I’m going to bring over my chicken all right we’re going to season
up this chicken we’re going to get it over on the stove and let
it get to cooking okay so hold on okay guys so we’re going to season up the
chicken first and we’re going to get it on the stove and get it going okay and then
we’re going to cook our pasta okay so first off I’m going to get a little bit of
salt okay this is regular salt just sprinkle a little bit of regular salt
then I’m going to use some onion powder all right next I’m going to use some garlic powder okay then I’m going to use my white black pepper okay then I’m going to use and I need
a spoon to grab just one minute you guys okay i’m going to use some
paprika okay sprinkle one two three and then I’m going to stir all this together you know what you guys i also want some of
my dried um herbs on it also so I’m going to sprinkle some of that on it also all that flavor
in there okay all right so I’m going to stir all this together and then we’re going to go over to
the stove and we’re going to cook this all right this is a lot of chicken i might Well I like for
my pasta to have lots of meat in it i don’t like to eat pasta if it don’t have a whole lot of
meat well yes I do but for this recipe I want For this recipe I need a lot of meat so I have a lot of chicken you guys all right all right so now let’s go over to the stove
and we’re going to cook this okay so I’ll meet you at the stove okay guys so now we’re
going to add the chicken to the skillet okay we’re going to cook the chicken
okay you guys so now we’re going to add the chicken we’re going to cook the
chicken okay and I have my oil already on just need a little bit of oil in your skillet
child thank God I didn’t get on my dress okay let’s turn it up i have a lot of chicken to cook i guess I could have used my bigger skillet but
oh well i wanted everything orange i wanted my orange pots and skillets today and the bigger
one is not orange want to be cute okay so we’re going to cook this chicken you guys so you’re just
going to toss this chicken and just toss it around until it’s fully cooked okay that’s all we’re
doing here there’s nothing um really to do but to cook the chicken and just let this chicken
cook all the way okay you’re going to get your chicken fully cooked all right so until I mean in
the meantime we’re going to go over because I put my boiling water on and we’re going to cook the um
the pasta the lasagna shells okay you guys so now we’re going to move over to the lasagna shells
that I have over there okay right over there so we’re going to move over to the to the I’m
going to go over to the other side to cook the lasagna shells okay okay you guys so I’m going
to add some salt to this water for the pasta okay all right stir that up and now we’re going to add the pasta okay all right so I got to keep an eye on
this so that I can make sure that it goes down in the water correctly but
you guys get the gist of it you know how to cook pasta right all right so we’re
going to let this cook for about 10 minutes all right okay so that’s it with the pasta
we’re going to let it cook and then we’ll be Now we’re going to start on the um Hold on
you guys just a minute okay all right so we’re going to let the pasta cook okay so hold on
okay you guys so let’s check on the chicken all right so let’s toss it around just going to toss it around and then I’m going
to I’m going to put the lid back over it again all right and it’s almost ready you guys okay let
it cook for a few more minutes few more minutes okay and then it’ll be ready all right okay you
guys so the chicken is pretty much done okay all right so I’m going to take this chicken out okay let me turn this off a minute okay
the chicken is ready so I’m going to add it to a bowl because I want to use the skillet this is the chicken for for the chicken
Alfredo lasagna that we’re making you guys okay so just take all your
chicken out put it in a bowl for now make sure you check on your pasta i
just checked on mine it’s not ready yet okay all right so what I’m going
to do now you guys is I’m going to get my garlic hold on and
my spinach and my heavy cream okay grab all your other ingredients closer to
you and I’m going to get a little butter okay half a stick of butter all right turn my stove back on come on my eye okay all right you guys so I’m let
this butter melt first off okay then I’m going to add some garlic
the crushed garlic that I made you guys it’s the fresh garlic but I
crushed it in my Neutra Bullet okay then I’m going to get some
spices the same spices we used okay we’re going to use the same spices that
we use on the chicken okay just a little bit of white black pepper i mean white pepper i said
white black pepper some white pepper some paprika okay then I’m going to get some
onion powder and some garlic powder then I’m going to get my my herbs it’s a mixture of
different herbs in there and it has a little bit of um red pepper flakes too all this together then I’m going to get my heavy
cream you guys i’m going to add my heavy cream okay so add the whole thing all right okay i’m going to add all the
cheeses to this also you guys so this is our sauce for the um
chicken Alfredo lasagna okay all right so now we’re going
to get the ricotta cheese okay ricotta cheese honey hold on i got to open up this okay so spoon another spoon hold on right
so I’m going to add one spoon sorry god oh lordy so I’m trying to get two
big spoons but it’s actually three of the ricotta cheese let me clean up my mess oh honey hold on let me check on my pasta just a minute you guys okay you guys so I’m
back sorry I had to check on my pasta it’s not ready yet but I got to keep a eye
on it okay so I want this cheese too honey okay let me stir this cheese in here this is
the ricotta cheese that I put in here you guys and I’m going to get my mozzarella cheese next
okay just want to stir this in here really well and I’m going to have to transfer this to a
pot because I want to mix it the chicken in here also but it’s not going to be enough room
so I’m going to have to transfer this into a pot but first let me do this okay now let me get the mozzarella cheese scooper scoop also okay add one cup two cups okay just a minute you guys okay see it’s too full i’m going have
to transfer it into the pot that I have back there and I think
I need some more of the paprika i’m just going to keep stirring this together
and you know I’m going to transfer this into a pot because I don’t have enough room so
hold on you guys okay okay guys so now I’m going to add my chicken to this sauce
okay just toss all that chicken in there okay stir it up all right so I don’t
need this whisk anymore so I’m going to put it away and I’m going to
get a spoon okay so I have my spinach going to add all that spinach
to the sauce all right stir all this together oh don’t that look
good it’s going to be so good you guys okay let me get a spoon so I can taste it let me see this is going to be so good i can taste
all that garlic flavor i love garlic in my pasta i like most of my pasta dishes I need
some garlic honey so now all we got to do is get everything over to the counter the other
side okay and then we’re going to make this um chicken Alfredo lasagna let’s put it together okay okay guys the sauce is done okay we have
everything that we need to make this chicken Alfredo lasagna it’s all right here in this
pot okay you guys look at that let me show you look put the chicken the spinach everything’s
in here all the cheeses it’s all in here okay we’re about to make our chicken
Alfredo lasagna okay look at that okay so what I want to do now is I
want to add my Parmesan cheese in here that’s one and then I’m going to add another bag so
it’s two bags of the Parmesan cheese okay then going to stir this up look at that don’t that look delicious
you guys oh that’s going to be so good okay all right so hold on okay so now I’m going
to push this to the side you guys okay so we’re going to put this to the side and we’re
going to get we’re going to get started okay so crisis to the side and going to
bring up the pan that we’re going to use for the lasagna okay all right so
what we’re going to do first is going to add your filling i want a big spoon i
need a soup spoon for this okay hold on all right so first I’m going to
put some the sauce at the bottom make sure I have a lot of chicken in there look at that cheese it’s going
to be so cheesy and delicious okay hold on here comes some more it’s going to be a really stuffed lasagna you guys this is
going to be so delicious okay all right all right so next I’m going to
get my cheese mozzarella cheese i’mma grab it but first we’re going
to put the shells down okay so I’mma put That’s my oven it’s ready i’m coming
we’re going to add the shells okay these are doubled because they just turned out that
way okay so next we’re going to add some cheese actually I want to add some
more ricotta cheese also okay all right now we’re going to
add some mozzarella cheese excuse me i’m using my hands you guys so
I can make this go a little bit faster okay load it up with the mozzarella cheese right so now I’m going to add some more sauce it’s so cheesy you guys it’s so cheesy okay it’s going to be so good cheesy
delicious all this chicken and the spinach oh my god sorry it’s a little
messy right now but can’t be helped i turn around get this side so I don’t have
to stretch it all the way over there that’s all that mozzarella cheese i can smell
this garlic got the whole house smell like garlic okay come on you guys more coming i have enough
to make two pans of lasagna or maybe I’ll put it in the freezer for the next time I want next
time which is probably what I’m going to do oo she full okay just a minute
you guys let me just dip some i’m going to really have to put something under
the bottom so that it don’t make a mess in my oven the ruffles fell off of that one okay this
is the last layer of um shells I’m going to use she’s almost done so I’m going
to put her in the oven and let it bake it’s going to bake for about 45
minutes in the oven on 375 guys okay hold on that’s okay all right push
it down a little bit really full really have put something under the bottom so
that it don’t mess up my oven oh my god okay one more layer of salt but it has
to be really thin so she is fully loaded i need my spatula just a minute i’ll
get it all right where’s the spatula she is overloaded you guys i need a really deep
deep dish but this is all I have right now so I’ll work with this but I’m going to invest in a
deeper dish so when I make my pasta dishes and I want to make a really deep dish I can have my
deep dish so I will be getting investing into one of them soon okay all right so just one minute
you guys i’m going to get the pan that I’m going to use to put underneath this too hold on okay
you guys so as you can see it is fully loaded so I’m need to put it into another pan so that it
does not drip on my oven cuz honey I do not want to be cleaning my oven so let me show you guys
hold on just one minute sorry I’m adjusting the lordy camera you guys all right all right so
if you don’t want to mess up your oven make sure that you have a bigger pan that you can
sit this bad baby in too okay like that and you won’t mess up your um your oven okay so
now we’re not done yet so I have to add some more mozzarella cheese on it so I’m going
to add some more mozzarella cheese on top all of the sauce that I have left you guys I’m
going to put that in a Ziploc bag and freeze it for the next time I want this this dish
because I don’t want to make too much food my niece is coming my niece is
here so she’s going to be so happy okay just making sure that the cheese is in each
corner of the lasagna the chicken Alfredo lasagna okay and I don’t want the cheese to fall off
when it’s gets in the oven so I was trying to make sure and then I’m just going to add
a little bit of my cheddar cheese i’m going to sprinkle just a little bit of this
cheddar cheese just for the color okay you don’t have to put a lot just want to
give it a little bit of color trying to get it on each corner it’s going to look even
going to be so delicious okay pat it down just a little bit pat pat pat okay all right this
parsley has different herbs and also it has um pepper flakes the red pepper flakes in it also
so it’s gonna be good all right you guys look at that we’re all done now what I’m going to do is
put it in the oven on 375 for 45 minutes all right you guys look at that she’s ready to go into the
oven ready to bake okay okay guys there she go okay she’s in the oven we’re going to bake her for
45 minutes okay and then we’re going to be ready to eat all right see you when I see you okay I’m
going to sit here for a few minutes you guys cuz it’s getting hot in that kitchen but um I want
to let all my new subscribers know that I make long form videos and I make short videos for each
video for each um recipe I try to make a long form video and a short video for each one okay so my
shortest videos are where I like to have a little fun and see what I what my mind can come up with
and be creative with it try to make it interesting for you guys for that little one minute so I
like it’s kind of interesting and it’s it’s a challenge for me i like to see what I can come
up with for one minute a one minute shorts video and I just want to see if see what I can come
up with okay you guys it’s ready and it’s been sitting out for a little bit so I can cut into
it look at that oh hold on move everything okay hold on she It’s too heavy it’s
too heavy hold on okay look she’s ready all right my chicken got a little
not my chicken my um cheese got a little toasty but that’s okay all right so she’s ready you
guys and I already tried to cut into it to see if it was ready so it’s ready to cut into
it so okay you guys all right so let’s make a plate all right so it’s been sitting out for
a while so it should be okay to cut into it so and as you can see it spilled into my
pan that I put underneath it i knew it was going to do that because it was too
full you guys so I already expected that so make sure that you put something
underneath your pan if your if yours was fully loaded like mine was oh
honey hold on i got to be careful okay oh I need some help i’m Sat Tony I need you to hold
a plate so I won’t spill it all over the place please hold it like that when I bring it over
okay cuz I don’t want to spill it all over the place this is baby is loaded oh I might need
the big old spatula hold on i need the other spatula oh yeah that’s the one okay bring the
plate over oh look at that look at that look at that you guys look at that oh don’t that
look good and I still spilled it okay hold on all that extra meat look at that okay all right
thank you thank you for holding all right hold on you guys let me clean the plate up and there
you have it you have chicken Alfredo lasagna okay my cheese got kind of toasted at the
top you guys but it’s still going to be good okay so that was the only thing that got messed
up the cheese just got a little too toasty okay but other than that it turned out okay all
right so this is my chicken Alfredo lasagna and give you a closer look look at that maybe I’ll do a side view for my
um thumbnail huh she got toasted but that’s her this is the
chicken Alfredo lasagna you guys all right she’s not perfect but she tastes good look at that ooh see all those delicious flavors
in there see that chicken and that spinach it’s going to be so good i tried it it’s good
you guys okay even the toasted cheese on top is still good but next time I’ll make sure I
keep an eye on a cheese but other than that you guys it turned out okay all right so that’s
the chicken Alfredo lasagna up close okay and there you have it you have
chicken Alfredo lasagna with a little toasted cheese on top she got
a little toasted okay so that’s it you guys that’s my chicken Alfredo lasagna
