Prep & Bake cheesy chicken enchiladas

I usually steer away from the prep & bake, but needed some easier dinners with our schedule lately. This was surprisingly good! I think I liked it more than the regular enchiladas I’ve had, where you have to cook the chicken first. The Sous vide cooked chicken tossed with SW spice and a little enchilada sauce was a good filling, and for once there was plenty of cheese 🤤
