
















Went to Per se tonight and had an absolutely unforgettable experience!
There is not one dish I did not like and the service was fabulous! I finished the evening with a tour of the kitchen and wine cellar.
Would totally go again, but not for a good while given the price point.

I was just there earlier this month, and I already can’t wait to go back.
I visit America every year to participate in Go Fest and for the last 3 years, it has been New York. If they remain it around the same area, this is the place I would visit for the next year. 😄
My buddy Chad is the CDC at per se now. Best cook I’ve ever worked with he deserves it.

Per Se is so good. Easily the best 3 star I’ve been to in the US.

Had the best meal of my life there in June 2024, every time I see posts like this it makes me want to go back immediately. Your menu looks awesome, what was served alongside the Wagyu at the end of your savory courses? (Sorry if that’s not wagyu)
