Some yummy breakfast sausage: I usually just pan-fry these up until they’re nice and browned, then cut ’em into bite-sized pieces. So good!

Fluffy scrambled eggs: Can’t go wrong with eggs, right? Just whisked ’em up with a splash of milk, salt, and pepper, then scrambled until they’re perfectly tender.

Jarred artichoke hearts: These are my secret weapon for adding a little something extra. Just drain ’em and throw ’em on the plate. No fuss, all flavor.

Green olives: A little salty kick to round things out.
Seriously, this meal comes together in like 15 minutes tops.

Interesting combo. I love artichokes, but they are not worth the carbs for me except in limited amounts. Feta in scrambled eggs is awesome. Try and add some sautéed spinach and onion next time; go full Greek.
