Just got her 2 days ago and haven't had the chance to cook with it yet! Trying to decide what to cook forest.

Keep the charcoal grill too. Nothing can truly simulate the smoke you get from charcoal.

Grill grates go flat side up, if the grates are cast iron I recommend seasoning them before the first cook

    Where does the charcoal go?

Just kidding, grill looks amazing, love the blue, good luck and happy grilling

Good tip here for making that thing look great forever. Get a good quality automotive ceramic coat and coat the painted surfaces now. Will keep it from fading or oxidizing. Yes, it can withstand the heat. Car surfaces get over 150 F on hot days. Love the color. Use barkeepers friend on the stainless once and a while to keep it shining.

No recommendations, but that blue is 🔥

    Cool color.

Don’t pressure wash the outside. I did and it screwed up the enamel finish.

Why does it look out of level? My eyes must be bad. Otherwise, great looking grill! Blue is fire!!

Oof… that thing doesn’t handle charcoal as well as a kettle.

  9. Nice! I just got mine too a few weeks ago. Love it so far. I would recommend getting the flat top accessory and the grilling basket.

Another thing to consider is getting a propane gauge on amazon and a decent grill cleaner brush.

    Don’t get a gas grill. Get a Summit E6.

  11. Tip would have been to buy a Weber Summit, but that’s the next best thing.

If you don’t have a stand alone griddle, you can find a nice cast iron insert.

Spring for stainless steel grates. Much better for cooking and cleaning.

I just went from one of these to a Weber Master Touch

Nice rig! I’d keep the kettle, always nice to have a backup and somethings are better over coal.

  15. The best accessory would be a webber kettle. I use both all the time. Looks great, enjoy.
