1) steamed huachinango with white bean arugula salad and corn. Fresh herbs from my little herb garden on both!

2) quick and easy savory brunch meal; black beans, fried eggs, avocado.

Not pictured, grapes and nectarine slices for something sweet 🙂

    Are you prepping 2 different kinds of beans one for each meal? If so that’s kinda wild.

    If they’re canned, then looks great! Carry on.
