An eagerly anticipated new French restaurant is ready to open its doors in Loudoun County. Brasserie Royale has announced its opening date.
The grand opening will be next Wednesday, July 2.
As The Burn has been reporting, the restaurant is coming to the Cascades Marketplace shopping center in Sterling where it has taken over the space that was formerly a Corner Bakery Cafe.
The roughly 2,500 s.f. space has been given a complete overhaul to turn it into a chic French bistro, complete with a black-and-white tiled floors and baguettes galore.
Brasserie Royale has been created by Chef Michael Stebner and his wife, Allyson Stebner. The Stebners are also the owners and creators of Local Provisions, the restaurant immediately next door to Brasserie Royale.
Local Provisions opened to rave reviews back in February 2023 and has been popular with local diners ever since. Now the Stebners are betting that they can get lightning to strike twice.
