Bobby Flay’s influence can be found all over the Las Vegas Strip, but particularly at Caesars Palace. Not only will you find an outpost of his popular Bobby’s Burgers and Amalfi, his take on Costal Italian cuisine, you’ll find French flair to spare at Brasserie B Parisian Steakhouse by Bobby Flay, easily one of the best of its kind in town.
The first thing you’ll notice about this stand-out restaurant is its exterior, with a sign that playfully bends toward you, beckoning you inside. Designed by Olivia Jane Design, the restaurant transports guests from the heart of the Las Vegas Strip to a timeless brasserie in Paris. The space features an L-shaped, 20-seat bar with weathered marble, fluted wood and zinc accents. The lounge flows into the main dining space, which includes a showstopping raw bar with a lit canopy that spills over the tables below. The intimate, 175-seat dining room features blown glass chandeliers, cane-backed cafe chairs and handmade subway tile.
The second thing you’ll notice is that this restaurant has it all—breakfast, lunch, dinner and brunch, with all menus offering Flay’s unique touch on items beloved by Francophiles.
The restaurant recently introduced new signature dishes, including the New York strip and lobster tail, Bobby’s spice crusted bone-in ribeye and American wagyu filet mignon. The new menu also offers a selection of simply prepared steaks with a selection of flavorful sauces. The breakfast, lunch and weekend brunch menus showcase Flay’s take on popular dishes like Eggs Royale (a variation of eggs Benedict), Croque Madame and French toast. Guests can also enjoy the Brasserie Lunch, which features steak frites and petite salade verte.
If you’re here for dinner, we can’t recommend highly enough the hot homemade potato chips, served with a Roquefort cheese sauce, as a starter. Duck confit with tangerine, almond and pomegranate is also a great French-themed app, along with escargots in garlic sauce. Then it’s onto the main course, with everything from gnocchi gratin, served with wild mushrooms, peas and Gruyère, to the classic pairing of a New York strip steak and lobster tail.
Brunch, offered 8 a.m.-3:30 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, features plenty of goodies. Start with East and West Coast oysters on ice, then make your way to signature delights like the Bar Americain Burger, so delicious with Gruyère and American cheese and bacon. For a refreshing change of pace, order mussels, served in a white wine and garlic broth and paired with grilled bread.
Breakfast options are more than plentiful here, from Eggs Royale, served with smoked salmon and lemon chive hollandaise to French toast served with seasonal berries and whipped crème fraîche. Fans of croque monsieur and madame will love these versions, both featuring ham and cheese, and both browned. (The madame adds a crispy fried egg.)
Lunch features light fare like the Nice Chopped Salad, topped with vegetables, legumes and feta, then drizzled with creamy lemon-oregano vinaigrette, and the avocado toast, made with sourdough and topped with poached eggs, radish and goat’s cheese, then drizzled with lemon vinaigrette.
