  1. This is only my guess at the recipe. I see a 4 cup measuring cup that is ½ full with oil. Use about 30 cloves garlic, the juice of 1 lemon, about 2 tsp sea salt, ¼ cup olive oil, blend this well. While blender is running, slowly drizzle in the oil (1½ cups) and keep blending until it starts to thicken. Add 2 crushed ice cubes to stabilize the sauce. Keep blending. Add one egg white slowly to blender. Add remaining oil (¼ cup). Blend until fluffy and large in volume. I haven't tried this myself yet so you get a chance to try it for me, eh?😂 By the way, i live in Canada and have eaten raw eggs all of my life – 6 decades – with no issues (both store bought and collecting from my own chickens).❤

  2. My garlic spread recipe is pretty easy. One cup of mayonnaise, one whole bulb of garlic. If you want it a little thinner, add a little bit of cold water. If you want it thicker, add a small cooked potato with no skin. The potatoes should not be bigger than a baseball.

    • Juice of 1 lemon
    • 1 egg white
    • 2 crushed ice cubes

  4. don't use egg white, it ruins the flavor. Just git gud and do it with the 4 ingredients.
