Last year my shishitos did great! They did so well I decided to put in 4 this year. But none of them seem to be growing regularly. Two plants are producing really round peppers and one of them is making only red peppers. I also bought the plants from a different (fancier) store. But the way that they are growing makes me wonder if they are even shishitos at all.

I think outside of jalapenos and thais every other pepper plant I’ve bought from a store has been mislabeled. This is probably one of those times.
