We’re away at Felmoor this week but couldn’t miss out on a proper Sunday dinner!
Bit of a challenge using an unfamiliar kitchen, but still pulled together a decent roast:
• Roast chicken
• Crispy roast potatoes & carrots
• Steamed cabbage and tenderstem broccoli
• Fluffy Yorkshire puddings
• Mash with a bit of gravy flood for good measure
• Stuffing on the side
Washed it all down with a cold Hazy Jane Guava.
Happy with how it turned out. Proof you can still smash out a quality roast even when you’re not at home… 😋
