I smoked my first bone in rib roast for a couple buddies today. It came out pretty good. The second picture is the end piece. The middle came out medium rare. Totally one of my best beef smoke session.
Nothing better than cooking some good food for people!

What was the smoke on it? I tried one with hickory and found the smoke a taste a little overwhelming for the meat. Will do apple or something next time
