Recipe for dip
1 cup cottage cheese
1 cup yogurt
1 tbsp cheddar cheese powder
1 tbsp ranch seasoning
Franks red hot (a burp or two)

Mix it up with a spoon. Bam. You are good to go. I dip veggies in it for a low calorie high protein snack lunch. One batch is usually 2 or 3 servings. Really fast! I’m not counting calories right now (breastfeeding a baby) but it’s super low.
