I have been cooking ramen for years now, tried different styles, but my favourite is still tonkotsu ramen. This is the most Restaurant looking ramen I've ever created. I hope you like it, if you have any questions, ask me. 🫡

Now I’m hungry… To be fair, I was already hungry, and already digging through my dried goods room to grab seaweed, noodles, bonito flakes and mushrooms/Chilies, whatever looked good… But now I literally have to… And my wife is going to be pissed at me for boiling dried tuna flakes and seaweed at 4am. Lol
