




Hiiii pasta community 🍝
Yesterday i made tortellini as my first pasta attempt. The recipe i followed is by Giallozafferano ravioli recipe for the shaping i did a tortellini shape instead. For the flour I used T00, for the 2nd photo i forgot to add 1 egg yolk lol i was following his video and was wondering why the dough wasn’t forming. His website said 2 eggs + 1 egg yolk. (124g) if u follow his ravioli video, add 1 more egg yolk haha
I cooked the tortellini for 4-5 mins until it starts floating on top.
For the sauce. I sautéed 1 onion, then add minced garlic, fresh thyme, and rosemary (i didn’t had sage 🥹✨) then i add chopped mushroom, and then add 20% fat cream once it simmers i add the parmigiano reggiano, salt and pepper mix it. Afterwards i added fresh basil leaves. Add the cooked tortellini inside the cream sauce.
Lastly… because i personally like cheesy 😅 my Mozzarella package has been opened, i added mozzarella in it too 🥹✨
I am really happy with my attempt. I never made pasta before~ 😋 it was very delicious! The character in the middle is pompompurin (a pudding dog from sanrio) i wanted to make it look cute 🤭🎀

Reminder. His video shows 2 eggs, it’s actually suppose to be 2 eggs + 1 egg yolk as the website mentioned. If you only do 2 eggs, it becomes dry and doesn’t form. 1 egg yolk makes better to knead. I knead for 5 mins and then wrap it and rest for 30 mins.
They loo kawesome, we made some as well and they turned out so good, extra flavour just for simply beeing made from scratch.
Get out of here with that Pom Pom Purin cause I’m on my way for a plate. Make a mushroom muffin next so he isn’t lonely.
