After hunting for Italian pasta that ships to Greece, I found a local Rustichella reseller and stocked up.
Two packs each of: Rigatoni, Bucatini, Capellini, Cannolicchi, Casareccia, Cavatelli, Senatore Cappelli Organic Spaghetti, Lumaconi.

I hate most of those types of pasta, I don’t really like them, but it’s personal, I like them are bucatini (I recommend you try to make amatriciana with these), the casareccie are also good (which I personally like with mushrooms (for example champignon, sausage, cream, parsley), and I love rigatoni I don’t see them in the picture, but if you have them versatile you can combine almost everything, especially meat or vegetable sauces… I don’t like the other types of pasta I see, the capellini are very small, in my opinion they are suitable for minestra or some fish dishes, integrale pasta I do not use so I can not recommend any combination..

As for the sauce, bucatini all’amatriciana is one of my favorite dishes, so I’d say try that one!
